Big Night for Citizens Alliance of Pennsylvania PAC
Nine of Twelve CAP PAC candidates triumph

HARRISBURG, PA (11.03.10)—Citizens Alliance of Pennsylvania PAC (CAP PAC) enjoyed a very successful General Election, with nine out of its twelve candidates for the General Assembly prevailing.

Among the CAP PAC winners were state Sen. Mike "Citizen Mike" Folmer, who cruised to re-election in the Lebanon-based 48th District, as well as the following first-time state House candidates: Eli Evankovich (Dist. 54), Rick Saccone (Dist. 39), Joe Emrick (Dist. 137), Todd Stephens (Dist. 151), Dan Truitt (Dist. 156), Justin Simmons (District 131), Stephen Bloom (District 199), and George Dunbar (Dist. 56)

"It’s electrifying to send to Harrisburg nine people eager to cut wasteful spending and taxes and restore economic freedom, limited government, and personal responsibility," said CAP PAC executive director Joe Sterns. "We’re very proud of all our candidates, and optimistic about Pennsylvania’s future."
CAP PAC is a non-partisan organization dedicated to raising the standard of living of all Pennsylvanians by restoring the Constitutional principles of limited government, economic freedom, and personal responsibility. By empowering the Commonwealth’s employers and taxpayers to break Harrisburg’s Iron Triangle of career politicians, bureaucrats, and Big Government lobbyists, this restoration will occur and Pennsylvania will prosper.
