After 3 ½ years of Obama, it is obvious to any thinking person that we have a full fledged Marxist in the White House. His policies and advisors reflect Socialism 101, and he is a servant of the New World Order. Despite all his openly anti-American comments and agenda, many people find it necessary to resort to even more exaggerated ideas and pictures of his Left-wing lifestyle. The Internet is full of these "revelations," and I always hesitate to forward them to other people. That being said, a good friend sent me a DVD that blew Carolyn and me away. It is entitled "Dreams From My Real Father", a play on Obama's autobiography of a similar name. While many folks are on a mission looking for Obama's birth certificate, this 90-minute DVD gives copious amounts of hard facts and information to show that Communist Franklin Marshall Davis is most likely his real father. The evidence is impressive, but even if they are not blood related, they are without a doubt related ideologically in every way as dedicated Communists, seeking the overthrow of America. The list of his many associates from Bill Ayers to Rev. Wright shows how his views have been shaped and guided by Communist forces.
As we enter the last few months before this most crucial of elections, it is imperative that we have as much ammunition to counter the Media and Soros minions as possible to expose the enemy in the White House. I believe this DVD will give you more than enough information to show people on the fence what we are fighting against. Mark your calendars NOW for September 18th for a riveting expose of Obama and also bring a carload of folks!
I hope you were one of the millions who saw the powerful movie "2016" by Dinesh D'Souza during the last few weeks. If so, "Dreams From My Real Father" will only provide more ammunition that will expose and destroy the Obama myth that he is a nice guy trying to help the Middle Class. Don't miss this meeting!
ROMNEY AND RYAN
This new team to "save" America seems to be as good as we can hope for. Obviously, the Paul Ryan selection was an open gesture to the Tea Party and welcomed by most conservatives that I know. When Mitt visited North Huntingdon in the middle of July and spoke at the Horizontal Wireline Services Company, at least 75 Coalition and Tea Party members were among the crowd that exceeded 1000. That was BEFORE Ryan was chosen and it was good to see so many of these staunch conservatives had closed ranks behind Mitt, knowing we had to support the hand we were dealt. One of our fine members, Tom Werner, was able to shake Mitt's hand and was wearing a Tea Party hat at the time. According to Tom, Mitt looked him in the eye and said, "We need you people." I think the choice of Paul Ryan reinforced that comment and gave us two men who can effectively deal with the economy and other key issues when elected. It is now OUR job to tell everyone that we must have a victory in November. The Media and pundits have been saying for months that Pennsylvania will be one of the ten or so "swing" states necessary for either side to win. Westmoreland County and Western PA are key to any victory, and we should be honored to have this challenge before us to save America. We MUST ignore the polls which are usually slanted to the Left anyway and concentrate on getting every Christian and right thinking person registered and make sure they get to the polls. Unfortunately, the churches are full of well-meaning and good people who aren't registered to vote. This is a sad commentary on our society and must be rectified ASAP. I believe that October 6th is the last day to register, so we have less than 6 weeks to get good people signed up. While many voter registration drives are taking place, I for one would be more selective in who you get to register because getting some liberal to sign up will cancel out your vote. Of course, if you are associated with a church like Cornerstone Ministries and have a Pastor like Donn Chapman who boldly proclaims the truth and urges his members to register, then your job is easier. Cornerstone actually has tables set up for that purpose after each service, so when they emerge from hearing a powerful sermon, they are in the right frame of mind to get involved if they haven't already done so. May God give us more churches and pastors like that!

OUR NEXT TEA PARTY WILL BE AT ST. CLAIR PARK ON SEPTEMBER 8TH
Despite temperatures in the 90's, over 400 people came to the July Tea Party to hear inspiring speeches, highlighted by Ben Kinchlow. The shady trees and a constant breeze at St. Clair Park made the conditions very pleasant, and it was good to see so many new people come out to get involved in the fight for God, Family and Country. September 8th will be our next Tea Party, also at St. Clair Park. Gates will open at 10AM and the program will begin at 11AM. The featured speaker is Sam Rohrer, former State Representative, who is now the head of the Pennsylvania Pastors Network. He will be joined by Bryan Fischer from the American Family Association. As I write this newsletter, several other high profile speakers have been asked to attend but haven't confirmed as yet.
This will be the last Tea Party before we get rid of Obama, so make it a memorable one by joining us for a few hours of patriotic messages and fellowship. There will be at least a dozen information booths set up along with the excellent food vendors who have been a part of our last few events. Mark your calendars NOW and join the crowd to show the Media that the Tea Party is stronger than ever!
SHOOTINGS AT FRC AND CO WI
During the last six weeks some major shootings occurred in different parts of the country. It started in Aurora, CO the night the new Batman movie was released. Some clown named James Holmes opened fire in a movie theatre killing more than a dozen and wounding 50 more. The cowardly killer surrendered when police surrounded him nearby with his orange hair evident for all to see. The victims had hardly been attended to when ABC's George "Stuffing Envelopes" had reporter Brian Ross on the phone and asked what they knew about the shooter. Brian said they didn't know much but they uncovered a James Holmes who was a member of the CO Tea Party! This blatant rush to judgment was later cancelled when it was discovered that the Mr. Holmes from the Tea Party happened to be in his 50's while the killer was half that age. Plus there were more than 20 other James Holmes listed in the Denver area. Even though a lukewarm apology was offered by ABC, the initial effort to connect the Tea Party to some violent act will still stick in some people's minds. The major Media is always searching for some incident where they can blame the Tea Party or the conservative movement. But they are quick to overlook any damage and violence by the Occupy Movement or other leftist or anarchist group.
The shooting at an Indian Temple in Oak Creek, WI, saw the shooter leave at least six dead and a number wounded before he was killed by quick responding police No links have been made to any "right-wing" group, but you can bet the Media is digging under all rocks!.
Then there was the shooting at the Family Research Council headquarters in Washington, D.C. a few weeks ago. This potential killer was stopped by an unarmed security guard, who first took a bullet in the arm before overpowering the punk. This would-be assassin was found to have been working at the Gay Lesbian office and openly was looking to kill people because FRC had supported Chick-fil-A during the recent free speech controversy surrounding that food chain. He even had 15 sandwiches in Chick-fil-A bags to spread around the bodies he intended to kill. This perverted creature was on a mission to kill and was certainly associated with a liberal-leftist group. Yet there was hardly a peep out of the Media on this incident and no follow up has been forthcoming since then.
Notice the trend–no guns in the hands of the innocent victims–attempts to link the shooters to the Tea Party and conservatives have failed, and a direct link to a liberal connection is covered up. Bottom line, exert your right to carry whenever you can, especially in public places and be alert to the terrorist and insane element in our midst.
A final shooting that just occurred was the killing of an off-duty police officer in Philadelphia by a recently released felon! When are we going to end the parole system for felons and execute these killers!

THE CHICK-FIL-A STORY
This is another one of those companies where the founder "Didn't build the business" according to Obama, but somehow managed to create 1500 stores and a billion dollars in earnings! Whether classified as fast-food or not, they have achieved a remarkable level of business even though they are always closed on Sundays! Based on their firm Christian beliefs, when the current president was asked about a definition of marriage, he boldly proclaimed it was between a man and a woman for life! How outrageous that he would support the traditional marriage model that has been operating for thousands of years! Well the queers and other elements of the Left went wild and the mayors of Boston, Chicago, San Francisco and other smaller cities said they would not allow Chick-fil-A to open stores within their limits! When you deal with the Left, no common sense prevails and their open hostility to Christians was evident at every turn.
Mike Huckabee happened to have Mr. Truet Cathy (90 year-old founder of Chick-fil-A) on his program and after they discussed the issue, Mike said America should hold a Chick-fil-A Appreciation Day and that it should be Wednesday, August 1st! The interest and support from millions of people was amazing, and I'm sure most of you spent an hour or two in line waiting that day to be served as we did. I wore my Romney shirt and was greeted by a number of folks with thumbs up and handshakes. There were a number of blacks at the restaurant we visited and several of them told me that "we have got to get rid of Obama!" Those comments were worth the wait and eased the disappointment when the store ran out of milkshakes just before I got up to order!
The nation-wide support for Chick-fil-A set a record for meals served in one day by any similar stores and was a testimony as to how fed up people are with being told what to believe and who to patronize. I believe this outpouring of support is just a small snapshot of how the American people are ready to clean house in Washington come November.
As a final note, someone sent me some facts on crime in Chicago and how with 50 murders a week and dozens of crimes, Mayor Rahm Emanuel seems more concerned over stopping a Chick-fil-A store from opening than making his city safer from the murderers and thugs! James 1:8 says, "A double-minded man is unstable in all his ways." I do believe James had Rahm and the Democratic leadership in mind when he wrote those words!
STAR PARKER COMING TO PITTSBURGH
The Women's Choice Network is holding their annual fund-raising dinner on Thursday, September 27th, at The Chadwick in Wexford, PA. Previous speakers have included Tim Tebow's Mother and Tony Dungy's wife. The list of outstanding guests will continue this year with Star Parker coming to Pittsburgh. Star has a tremendous story of coming from being a single mother with a welfare background to being a happily married writer and lecturer who has appeared on numerous TV and radio programs. I liken her to a female version of Alan West who takes no prisoners when dealing with the Left and the plantation mentality that has affected millions of blacks. The Conservative Coalition heartily endorses this program and is sponsoring three tables of TEN for this event. There is no cost for the dinner, but an appeal to raise funds will be made during the evening.
THE KILLING OF OUR SOLDIERS
Obama's war in Afghanistan is forgotten by most Americans as more important things such as the Penn State scandal, the trial of Scott Peterson, what Congressman Todd Aiken meant by "legitimate rape" and the upcoming football season! However, a deadly game is being played out with supposed friendly Afghans turning their weapons on our troops and taking a fearful toll. Our fighting men are trying to train these locals to defeat the Taliban but are paying the ultimate price for in house treachery! I couldn't believe when I recently heard that our men are now ordered to have their weapons loaded and with them at all times! Why was this not a policy from the beginning! It also reflects the insanity of seeing more terrorists being released from Gitmo and then returning to various areas of conflict to kill civilians and troops in suicide and other bombings! This started under Bush and should end immediately by NEVER letting this scum go and even going so far as to eliminate them as one would a nest of rattlesnakes! Pray for our troops who are suffering from this treachery and political correctness.
I can also add to this sad scene the continued trial of Major Hassan from the Ft. Hood massacre. This killer should have been executed two years ago but is now having the courts decide whether or not he should have his beard shaved! The lawyers and traitors have taken over the country and common sense has died!
UPDATE FROM THE MIDDLE EAST
Many people have asked how our friend Dr. Jack Leonard is doing now that the Muslim Brotherhood is firmly in control of Egypt. He wrote me in mid-August with the following update, which is very fluid as I write.
"It has been a long hot summer in Egypt and the overall situation has continued to deteriorate politically and economically. The Brotherhood has continued to push its perverted program at all costs while proving totally inept at running the country. There are shortages of gasoline, diesel, natural gas and propane just to name a few. Strange since Egypt has been self-sufficient in these things for years. There are also shortages of pharmaceuticals including critical diabetes medications. Imported goods are hard to find except for cheap Chinese junk. The Egyptian stock market has lost over 90% of its value and the real estate market has collapsed about 75%. At least fruits and vegetables are abundant in the summer months, which has helped our food relief efforts. The Egyptian central bank seems to be taking its direction from the Fed and is printing money resulting in significant price inflation which is further devastating the poor and eroding the value of the Egyptian pound.
There have been massive power outages throughout the country. It started with an hour or two of blackouts a couple times a day. It has progressed to 12-13 hours of daily outage. There is no warning and many people have been trapped for hours in the subway tunnels as the trains suddenly stop and there is not enough light for the people to find their way out. With daily temperatures over 100 degrees and no AC, it was getting a bit uncomfortable. Add to the fact that it is Ramadan and most of the people are fasting and not drinking any water and one can see how dangerous this is. Several riots have occurred and some deaths are reported from these conditions. I personally know of one who died–obviously the jihadists can't manage the power grid either.
Crime is increasing, especially at night. After all these years in Egypt, this is the first time I feel unsafe on the streets. With the security vacuum there have been many reported incidences of local thugs enforcing Islamic dress and social norms. Several deaths have resulted including a young Christian man who was simply walking beside and talking with a female Muslim classmate. Average Egyptians are appalled and this is truly a country on edge.
Until recently, there has been a standoff between the military council and the Brotherhood. Although I was not fond of the military rulers, they were at least competent in maintaining the country and stood as an obstruction to a complete takeover by the Islamists. Well in July, Hillary Clinton arrived and held closed door meetings with President Morsi and Field Marshall Tentawi. She then announced publically that she was urging Morsi to 'exert the full power of the presidency'. This was the go ahead signal for the Obama administration sanctioning a full Islamic takeover of Egypt!
Within a couple of weeks Morsi fired the intelligence chief and required the resignation of the entire military council. They left without a fight after having vowed not to allow a takeover. We will probably never know what kind of deal was struck but I'm sure it involved a bunch of US taxpayer money into Swiss bank accounts, cushy retirement packages and full immunity from future prosecution from their crimes committed under the Mubarak regime. Once again our government traitors have condemned the poor Egyptian people to endless tyranny. As I told you from the beginning, the Egyptian people would not get freedom if the US government was involved–we should be outraged and heads should roll for this treason.
In the meantime, the new Islamic parliament has been meeting and proposing legislation like making it legal for 10 year old girls to be married! This speaks volumes about what the Brotherhood and Sharia law is all about. Morsi has also opened the border with Gaza. This resulted in immediate problems as radicals poured into Egypt and 17 soldiers were killed in a dusk raid. The terrorists then went into hiding in the slums of Cairo to further support the Brotherhood agenda.
Not sure how long I will be here. I was happy to see Ryan named as Romney's VP. Still looks like it is going to be a battle in America as well. God help us!"
Since Jack wrote this, numerous other attacks on Christians all across the Middle East and Africa have resulted in hundreds killed and wounded. Our Christian brethren are in dire straits from Syria and Nigeria to Pakistan and Yemen and need our daily prayers. Of course Obama held his annual Ramadan dinner at the White House and could care less about the Christians in danger around the world.
At that Ramadan dinner, he praised Hillary's aide Huma Abedin as a patriot! She is the ex-wife of perverted Congressman Anthony Weiner and has family links with the Muslim Brotherhood! When Michelle Bachmann wanted more background information on Huma, House Speaker John Boehner criticized her for acting extreme! Yet I didn't see Boehner calling out ABC when they were trying to link the Tea Party to the Aurora shootings! Nor did I hear Boehner criticize Joe Biden's idiotic remarks about how the GOP and Romney want to put blacks back into chains! Yet John found time to rebuke Missouri Senate candidate Todd Aiken after he used a poor choice of words about "legitimate rape." I believe Boehner must go with Obama!
GOP CONVENTION NOTES
The speakers were excellent in laying out a positive future for America and the lineup of fresh faces bodes well for new leadership-leadership that will not be so petty as to slight Ron Paul and his supporters. But I believe their message will carry the day in November, however, we must work and pray harder than ever to achieve this must-win battle for our children and grandchildren.
