History-Makers to Premier on PCN

The Susquehanna Valley Center’s new educational/historical TV program – Rediscovering Pennsylvania’s Historymakers – will premiere on the Pennsylvania Cable Network on Sunday May 3 at 4 pm.

The first program in the series – Rediscovering Thaddeus Stevens – will focus on the Civil War-era Congressman from Lancaster County who is known largely for his early efforts to abolish slavery and to promote equality of the races and free public education.

The first airing of the program will be on Sunday May 3 with other airings on Sunday May 10 and Sunday May 17, also airing at 4 pm.
