A Conversation with State Representative Kristin Phillips-Hill

State Rep. Kristin Phillips-Hill from York County is a champion of commonsense policy reforms–from enacting spending restraints to ending the practice of “ghost teachers”. First elected to the state legislature in 2014, Kristin is now running for state Senate to succeed Scott Wagner.

Matthew Brouillette recently sat down with Kristin at Round the Clock Diner in York, where she told him how hard work and education helped lift her mother’s family from poverty, why she became a Republican, and how Thanksgiving dinners prepared her for the Pennsylvania State House.
