This award is given once a year to a member who has continuously contributed to the community through his business and on a personal level.

Pennsylvanians for Right to Work President, Susan Staub, the 2004 award winner, presented the award which was first given to the late Mr. Les Ginanni, former President of Shall Equipment and Supply Company. Les was known for his community service throughout central Pennsylvania.

"Fred exemplifies servant leadership in all areas of his life and I am honored to have had the honor of representing the West Shore Chamber as they recognized Fred’s many contributions to our community," said Susan Staub.

Frederick Lovelace is the founder and President of the VitalLink Consulting Agency and not only serves on the Pennsylvanians for Right to Work Board of Directors, but also as the Keystone Area Council Boy Scouts President, the Commander of the Pennsylvania Department of the Military Order of the World Wars, and board member of Leadership Cumberland.
