Steve Blooms Considers Congressional Bid

The race to fill Pennsylvania’s 11th Congressional District seat in 2018 may feature a new candidate very familiar to the Carlisle area.

A statement of candidacy for Rep. Stephen Bloom, R-North Middleton Township, to run for the seat currently held by Rep. Lou Barletta was officially filed with the Federal Elections Commission Thursday.
