2020 PA Leadership Conference to Go Virtual

(Harrisburg, PA) – Due to ongoing draconian restrictions placed on in-person events by the Wolf Administration the 2020 Pennsylvania Leadership Conference to be held September 25-26 will proceed as a virtual conference.

“While we are sad that we will miss the camaraderie and networking that is a key component of the conference, we are pleased that the conference will be held on multiple virtual platforms allowing us to provide a complete agenda of speakers, conversations and issue panels,” said Lowman Henry, President & CEO of the conference.

The complete conference agenda will originate live from the ballroom at the Radisson Penn Harris Convention Center in Camp Hill and will feature as speakers State Senator Doug Mastriano, Kelly Ann Pidgeon from Armed and Feminine, Cory DeAngelis of the Reason Foundation; former U.S. Senator Rick Santorum, John Fund of National Review, U.S. Representative Scott Perry, and PA GOP Chairman Lawrence Tabas.

There will be compelling conversations including John Gizzi of Newsmax and Dr. Paul Kengor from the Institute for Faith & Freedom at Grove City College discussing The Conservative Movement in 2020, State Senator Kristin Phillips-Hill and State Representative Dawn Keefer talking about Unleashing the Power of Free Enterprise; Dan Bartkowiak of the Pennsylvania Family Institute leading a discussion on Pro-Life Policy vs. Planned Parenthood Governor; Lenny McAlister of the Commonwealth Foundation and Angela Sailor from the Heritage Foundation discussing Expanding the Conservative Base, and John Gizzi will hold a conversation with former PA House Speaker Mike Turzai.

There will be six interactive panel presentations with topics including Reigning in the Big, Bad Wolf; Free Market Approach to Health Care; Competitive, Simple & Fair: The Trifecta for Comprehensive Tax Reform; Expanding Educational Opportunities; Combating Environmental Extremism; and, How Unions Keep Public Employees from Ending Their Memberships.

The conference will conclude with a roundtable discussion on Keeping Pennsylvania Red  moderated by Jeff Lord of the American Spectator with panelists Bernie Comfort, Chairwoman of the Pennsylvania Trump for President campaign; Rose Tennent from Women for Trump, and Vernon Robinson of Black Americans for Trump.

The Liberty Dinner with Fox News contributor Jason Chaffetz as the featured speaker has been cancelled.  Congressman Chaffetz has been rescheduled as the Saturday luncheon speaker at the 2021 Pennsylvania Leadership Conference to be held April 16-17, 2021 at the Radisson Penn Harris Convention Center in Camp Hill.

Jesse Watters, host of The Five and Watters World on the Fox News Channel will be the featured dinner speaker at the 2021 conference.
