Daniel Garza and Importance of Latino Voter Take Center Stage at PLC 2024

(Harrisburg, PA) – Daniel Garza President of the LIBRE Initiative will address the 2024 Pennsylvania Leadership Conference on Latinos and Winning in 2024 to be followed by a conversation on The Importance of Outreach to the Latino Voter with Newsmax contributor Brianca Gracia and Helder Toste of the LIBRE Initiative.

The 2024 Pennsylvania Leadership Conference will be held April 4-6, 2024 at the Penn Harris Hotel & Convention Center in Camp Hill (Harrisburg), PA.

Judge Jeanine Pirro of The Five on Fox News will be the conference’s featured dinner speaker on Friday, April 5, 2024. John Gizzi of Newsmax will be the conference breakfast speaker and will then be joined by Colin Hanna of Let Freedom Ring USA, Dr. Paul Kengor, editor-in-chief of the American Spectator, and Jeff Lord a Newsmax and American Spectator contributor for the annual State of the Conservative Movement panel. Additional speakers include Thomas D. Homan who was Acting Director of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in the Trump Administration, state Senate Majority Leader Joe Pittman, Heritage Foundation President Kevin D. Roberts, and Pennsylvania State Treasurer Stacy Garrity. Additional speakers will be announced over the coming weeks.

The 2024 Pennsylvania Leadership Conference to be held April 4-6, 2024 at the Penn Harris Hoten & Convention Center in Camp Hill (Harrisburg), Pennsylvania will include four policy panel presentations including: A Legislature Divided, moderated by Greg Moreland from the National Federation of Independent Business-PA; Securing Pennsylvania’s Energy Future, moderated by Carl Marrara of the Pennsylvania Manufacturers Association; Data Driven Approach to Mobilizing Millions, moderated by Emily Greene from Americans for Prosperity-PA; and Pregnancy Centers: Protecting Pregnancy Help Statewide moderated by Cheryl Allen from the Pennsylvania Family Institute.

The Pennsylvania Leadership Conference is the premiere gathering of public policy conservatives each year in the Keystone State.  It is the largest and longest-running of the state-based conservative conferences regularly attracting a long list of conservative elected officials, scholars, journalists, and activists for three days of speeches, panel presentations, workshops, and networking.

Daniel Garza was born in the Central Valley of California, and would migrate with his family annually from their ancestral hometown of Garza Gonzalez in Nuevo Leon, Mexico- throughout California, Nebraska and Washington State following the crop season as farm workers until he was 19 years of age.

Daniel Garza began his public service career as congressional staff assistant for U.S. congressman Richard “Doc” Hastings and was later elected as councilman for the city of Toppenish, Washington in 1996. In 2001, he was tapped by the George W. Bush Administration to serve as Deputy Director of External and Intergovernmental Affairs in the Office of the Secretary at The Department of Interior. In 2004, Daniel was appointed to Associate Director of the Office of Public Liaison in the White House. In 2007, Daniel joined Univision to host and co-produce “Agenda Washington”, a weekly Spanish-language news talk show covering the issues impacting the U.S. Hispanic community. Mr. Garza was designated as one of Washington, D.C.’s “Influentials” by Congressional Quarterly Magazine in 2018, and in 2019, Daniel was named 1 of the 50 most influential voices in Washington DC, by The National Journal.

Garza currently serves as President of The LIBRE Initiative and resides in Mission, TX with his wife and three children.

Bianca Gracia is a candidate for the Texas House of Representative District 128.  A graduate from St. Mary’s University degreed in Public Justice with a minor in Legal Studies.  She is the Wife of a Veteran and Sergeant of Police.  A Mother of two homeschooled sons.  She has spent the past sixteen years serving as a community organizer and activist.

Bianca has served as Harris County Precinct Chair and Election Presiding Judge of Precinct 352 from 2016 to 2021.  She has served the last 16 years as President and Board Member of her HOA.  Bianca was a Eucharist Minister and Wedding Coordinator at St. Anne’s Catholic Church, a football, soccer, baseball team mom, a Cub Scout Leader and President of her PTO.

Through these experiences, Bianca developed a passion for grassroots involvement and political organizing.  It is that passion that led her to co-found the grassroots movement, Latinos for Trump, which was created to reach Latino communities and to educate them on why conservative principles were important to all Hispanics.  Bianca is the founder and Executive Director of Latinos for America First PAC.

Bianca was the Chief Strategist at The America Project, Hispanic Engagement Director of  Party of Texas, and the State  Director of Faith and Freedom Coalition.  Bianca was also the former President of Leaderes de la Comunidad, Americanos Conservative United, director, and advisor for Blexit Texas.  She is the host of La Conservadora Tejana on 1440 Keyes AM & 98.7, and is a NEWSMAX contributor. Bianca  was a former candidate for Texas Senator D11 in 2022.

Helder Toste is the Government Affairs Liaison for The LIBRE Initiative, a national non-partisan Hispanic advocacy group.

Previously, Helder was the Field Director at the National Republican Senatorial Committee where he organized Hispanic voter contact efforts for 8 U.S. Senate campaigns and helped Republicans secure a record share of the vote in a midterm election.

He has also served as the National Hispanic Director for the Republican National Committee and worked for Rep. Nunes from California.

He has a degree in Latin American Studies and Pre-Columbian Art History from Yale University but most importantly, he grew up on a dairy farm in the Central Valley of California and is the proud son of Mexican and Portuguese immigrants.
