Today justice was served to ‘House of Horrors’ abortionist Kermit Gosnell. The jury announced their verdict that included three counts of 1st-degree murder, involuntary manslaughter, infanticide and late-term abortions.
Pennsylvania Family Institute is gratified that Kermit Gosnell has been found guilty and will face consequences for his cruel and barbaric actions – actions which took the lives of countless innocent human lives over several decades.
We thank the jury for service beyond the call of duty, as it heard and saw
descriptions and depictions of horrific, unthinkable acts perpetrated on their
fellow human beings – all in the name of choice.
It is our hope that continued scrutiny and review of the Gosnell case will further bring to light the scandalous inaction and even complicity of those in elected office and government agencies that allowed Gosnell to continue his inhuman activity.
The big remaining question that the trial exposed for all Americans to see: how is it murder to kill a late-term baby outside the womb, but legal to kill it minutes earlier while still in its mother’s uterus?
We also recognize that there were four other babies Gosnell was originally charged with murder of that he was found not guilty of committing. For more on that, visit our blog to read "Four Counts" at www.thecapitolwatch.com/2013/05/four-counts/
