Joe Biden the Animatron

One doubts that Democrats and his corporate media cheerleaders understand how many Americans look at President(ish) Joe Biden and wonder, “Who programs this animatron?”

Think that’s harsh? Think again.

Disney World will soon add an animatronic statue of Joe to its Hall of Presidents. When it’s finally unveiled, people will wonder, “How do we tell them apart?”

Simple: Disney’s clear-eyed version will speak standard English in complete, coherent sentences.

Disney’s enhancement will recite a White House-produced audio of Biden’s oath of office. It’s unreported how many takes were necessary to make the audio publicly presentable.

It’s sort of ironic when you think about it: Biden’s 1988 presidential campaign, his first, was derailed in 1987 by the revelation Joe had plagiarized large portions of a major speech from a liberal British Labour Party politician whose efforts to become UK prime minister also failed, and every word expressed by Disney’s version is specified in Article II, Section One of the U.S. Constitution – as re-recorded by…Joe Biden.

Mr. Biden has never stopped taking credit for the work and, especially, the successes of others.

For example, following his January 20, 2021 inauguration, Biden made reference to “the [COVID-19] vaccine…we didn’t have when we came into office…”

Although Biden might like to claim credit for the Moderna and Pfizer vaccines introduced as part of his predecessor’s “Operation Warp Speed,” Joe received his first jab on December 20, 2020. CNN reported that on the day Biden received his second dose – January 11, pre-inauguration – nine million Americans had already been vaccinated.

Two months ago, Biden implied having had a central role in killing Osama bin Laden by plagiarizing the late-Sen. John McCain’s words: “We chased him to the Gates of Hell.” The historical record is very clear that Biden opposed the mission. In fact, as vice-president in 2012, Biden admitted his opposition.

Then, on July 19, Biden said “it’s true that the economy was sputtering before I got here.”

Putting it as kindly (and family-friendly) as possible…baloney!

Despite the economic drag of extended pandemic shutdowns, job growth was so robust during President Donald Trump’s last nine months in office that April’s 14.8 percent unemployment rate dropped to 6.3 percent by January, 2021. The average monthly job growth from April to January was 1.5 million. In fact, by Biden’s inauguration, the labor market had regained nearly two-thirds of the jobs lost to pandemic shutdowns.

By the end of 2021’s first quarter, the value of America’s total output of goods and services was back to pre-shutdown levels. At the beginning of Q1, Trump was still president, and Biden didn’t sign the COVID-related “American Rescue Plan” until March 11, less than three weeks before the quarter ended.

Today, 1.9 million job openings are unfilled, primarily due to one feature of Biden’s vaunted “rescue bill” – the federal supplemental unemployment benefits that incentivize able-bodied Americans to remain idle.

Instead, Biden’s policies have created the biggest surge in regressive, family budget-killing inflation in more than a generation, a result of the liquidity effect of massive borrowing and spending.

Inexplicably, Joe insists that even more borrowing and spending will cure it.

On July 19, Biden argued that his deficit-laden budget proposal and huge, underestimated, unfunded “infrastructure” and “family” spending proposals (that not-coincidentally contain far more social spending than actual infrastructure, both mostly in Democrat-run urban areas) will fund decades of economic growth and reduce prices:

“My ‘Build Back Better’ plan will be a force for achieving lower prices for Americans looking ahead. If your primary concern right now is inflation, you should be even more enthusiastic about this plan.”

He also said, “There’s nobody suggesting there’s unchecked inflation on the way – no serious economist.” (Translation: “None a non-serious, economically-illiterate, big-spending Democrat would take seriously.”)

In effect, Biden says Americans need not worry about current inflation caused by massive borrowing and spending, because he and congressional Democrats intend to somehow reduce inflation by adding another $4-6 trillion-plus to America’s existing $29 trillion national debt.

So, applying Biden’s “logic,” if America spends enough borrowed money long enough, social programs will eventually pay for themselves, and gasoline will be free.

Buckle up. Disingenuous Democrat/corporate media cheerleading notwithstanding, things will get progressively worse as long as this severely-diminished “thinker” and/or his programmers hold the world’s biggest job.
