Anyone whose party/ideological tribalism, self-interest, or crippling ignorance still allows them to publicly defend President(ish) Joe Biden is only embarrassing themselves.

Biden’s defenders include hard-core Democrats, party operatives, corporate media (forgive any redundancies), 2020 Biden voters incapable of admitting error, never-Trumpers, and the hard-left, usually obnoxious, sometimes violent climate, social and cultural fringe activists and grifters who have influenced Biden’s policies in ways that are detrimental to the nation at large.

Never particularly intelligent, today, Joe is effectively Forrest Gump, only without Forrest’s youth, personal appeal, self-awareness or work ethic.

Biden’s incoherence, even scripted, is legendary. In a recent campaign “address,” Biden asked, “Are you ready to choose freedom over democracy? Because that’s America.”

Huh?

And, no, Joe, cannibals did not eat your Uncle Bosie…

A habitual, arguably pathological liar, Joe occasionally blunders into truthfulness. Biden, re: Trump: “…how many times does he have to prove we can’t be trusted?”

Biden’s campaign recently dug up a steelworker willing to cut a campaign ad in which he called Joe “sharp as a knife.”

Pro-tip: campaigns airing ads attesting to their candidate’s “sharpness” are tacitly admitting that their guy is, in fact, monumentally dimwitted.

Almost no observant person believes Biden is really in charge. Attentive people know that a November vote for Biden is a vote for his handlers, few of whom will take personal responsibility for the administration’s economic, social or cultural damage. The people running whatever’s left of Joe’s brain are content to remain behind the scenes, exploiting a Ludendorff-like Oval Office figurehead to pass off their antipathy to the American system and people as “incompetence.”

Having apparently given up on actually appealing to voters, Biden has embraced his party’s time-tested strategy, buying them.

Millions of taxpayers who never had student loan debt, do now, as do the “suckers” who already paid off their student loans.

Although the Supreme Court ruled Biden’s student loan debt “forgiveness” scheme unconstitutional, Biden did it anyway – then bragged about defying the Court.

Biden’s naked vote-buying attempt, compounded, could add more than a trillion dollars to the national deficit and debt. Taxpayers, their kids, grandkids and generations of Americans as yet unborn will pay for all of it – if servicing Biden’s massive additional debt burden is even possible.

National debt service costs already exceed America’s annual defense budget – including replacing the $80+ billion of military munitions, equipment and supplies Biden/his administration abandoned to Afghani mountain tribesmen.

Student loan debt “forgiveness” is just one example of Biden’s deficit spending/debt accumulation that has driven and still drives inflation.

Another inflation contributor is the flood of economy-wide Biden administration regulations that place additional regulatory cost burdens on farmers, manufacturers, health care providers, and businesses, all of which are passed through to consumers.

To make things worse, Biden urges letting Trump-era tax breaks expire. That would halve the child tax credit and standard deduction, and raise taxes by $2 trillion annually.

If Joe set out to eliminate America’s middle class, what would he be doing differently?

Meanwhile, Joe’s administration is concerned about the “rights” of criminals.

Biden’s Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) is suing the Pennsylvania-based, family-owned Sheetz convenience stores, because Sheetz conducts background checks on job applicants, then refuses to hire those with criminal records. According to EEOC, Sheetz’s screening process disproportionately denies employment opportunities to black men. The agency acknowledges that far higher percentages of African American men commit felonies than do men of other racial categories, nevertheless, the EEOC is accusing Sheetz of racial discrimination.

In other words, Biden’s EEOC wants to force Sheetz, a retailer, to hire felons. Perfectly sensible, right?

In fact, there is very little about Joe Biden’s “priorities” that make any sense at all, unless destroying the nation is among them.

Today, Americans are divided; Bidenflation is killing household budgets; Biden’s foreign policy is in shambles; illegals are swarming across Biden’s open borders; fascistic, anti-Semitic thugs are taking over woke campuses; crime rates and homelessness are soaring; women’s rights are being undermined, their facilities invaded by trans activists – with the administration’s blessings; Biden’s Justice Department and intelligence services are spying on American citizens and coordinating lawfare against Biden’s November opponent; and “equal justice” isn’t “equal” anymore.

Anyone still trying to sell Joe Biden as a successful, functioning president should show a little respect for and stop embarrassing themselves.
